The landscape design will seek to create a high standard of public realm around and within the proposed development. This will help unify the site and improve its sense of place and identity. The provision of this treatment is seen as key to the aim of providing a harmonious integration between the mixed usages of the proposed development within an urban setting.

The design will integrate the proposed development with its surroundings via clearly legible and protected pedestrian routes which could become more than mere passage routes. In broad terms, the landscape proposals address four distinct areas namely street elevations to Edgware Road and Grove Park, the courtyards located on top of the retail base block and the areas surrounding the school.
